I... don't know? I mean, it's a case file, it's not primarily about living with a disability. (Then again, the actual prompt filler I'm writing isn't either.) And it's from Watson's POV, so somewhere in the second draft I took away most of the mentions of pain, because I figured he'd be all Joe Stoic about it. So I'm not sure it fits. OTOH, anything to get me more readers, y'know?
