I stayed at the Radisson for a Con a few years ago. Their last refurbishment made the mezzanine inaccessible - and that's where the bargain Con food was sold. One American family was so disgusted with the 'accessible' facilities they left the first night.
Deliberately choosing to reduce accessibility infuriates me - I don't care if it looks pretty.
