When fandom discussions gets heated, ideas and people are often characterized as "insane" and "craaaazy" and "irrational." As someone with mental health issues, I always notice. On a good day I can ignore it. Many times, these words are hurtful and enraging—which puts me in exactly the wrong state of mind to craft a helpful comment.
So I was very impressed with how
