Vorkosigan universe; in canon Ivan told Miles that he had claustrophobia due to events in Brothers in Arms. It was brushed aside and never mentioned again. I'd like to see the issue addressed - how does Ivan cope? How debilitating is the phobia? How does he cope with his cousin's apparent complete disregard for the phobia?
