List of Cons with Accessibility Policies

I created a new page at the Geek Feminism Wiki, as a place to list all of the conventions and conferences that have accessibility policies listed. People making policies can use this as a reference, and for those of us with disabilities, it could be useful to have all this info in one place when choosing conventions to attend.
