I know I am late to the party, but I thought I would mention a couple I don't think I've seen:
Tuvok from Voyager, in the Year of Hell AU. Melora Pazlar from DS9 (and later the Star Trek Titan books) uses additional equipment (a wheelchair basically, from what I recall) in earth standard gravity.
In fact there are a few characters/aliens from the Star Trek universe (and probablty other sci fi universes) who require additional technology to function in whatever the standard environment is - would that count?
