So I have been sitting on thoughts about this for about a week. (I did get to contribute)
I think this is an excellent start! It covers the most important mobility concerns, underlines the need to think about access as early as the hotel search, and identifies the access person as being a point of contact and coordination.
My nitpicks
I am concerned that some of the location requirements (must be near public transit) for example are not so useful in some parts of the US, like, say Maine. (though I don't know how large an area SFWA has events in)
I wish there were a provision for electronic text versions of the program, available from the website pre-con.
I wish number 14 (Moderator checks in with panelists about procedure) had also included panelists with mobility disabilities and low visions and blind panelists. I had no idea how much I relied on visual cues in casual conversation to indicate when a person is done speaking, or want to say something, until I started chatting with blind people.
Also, I wish SFWA would post the full text on thier own website.
