These aren't all for the same episode. I don't watch the show anymore, but the Brittany one and the Kurt one are different episodes.

...the Glee writers know exactly what they're doing when they're writing accessibility fail? It would be "tiresome" and "preachy" if they continually tried to write accessibility in a politically correct manner; if they write it with the intention of FAIL and CRACK it just creates more waves in the media and the interwebs (it's often very hard to get the tone right; they wouldn't want to illicit sympathy or pity). It's a win-win situation for the most part; it creates a much more genuine sense of outrage than the writers could ever effect if they had written it the other way around.

No, I really don't think the writers are that smart. A lot of people watch this show oblivious to the disability fail it contains-- only a few bloggers and journalists and activists notice and call it out. Some people blog about Glee being great and having a really good portrayal of disability and diversity (I've read such posts in my link spam searches).

Anyways, to me a "politically correct" show with disability is possible, and has been done in other TV shows. Even comedies! It's one in which the disabled person is not the butt of the joke.

Which show are you referring to? I've seen enough shows where the less abled are the butt of the joke, tbh. :)
